The 2024 season will start on May 23 and ends on October 05.
Arrival dates Monday, Thursday and Saturday! Check- in time 3:00 PM and onwards/ Check out time rooms 11:00 AM!
To keep La Reata as your unique and special destination we limit our guest capacity from 4 to 10 person per week. Rates include, your accommodation, all meals and alcohol free beverages like coffee, tea, juice and water, horseback riding, and all other activities offered at the ranch (on availability). There are no hidden fees or extra charges at the ranch.
Off-ranch activities (including meals and beverages) are the responsibility of our guests. We speak English but the odd seasonal helper might speak German for your convenience.

Round Trip Transportation - Monday, Thursday and Saturday ONLY
La Reata Ranch offers round-trip ground transportation between Saskatoon International Airport (YXE) and the ranch at a cost of $275.00 (CAD) per person plus 11% taxes (minimum two persons per trip). Minimum of 2 persons is required!!! Single person transfer is $390.00 plus 11% taxes
Pick up in Saskatoon between 12pm and 7 pm, ranch departure between 6 am to 11am. Transfer only possible once per transfer day (if someone has to leave really early that day, everyone is on the same wagon)
Contact La Reata Ranch in advance to request rates for singles, families or groups. We like to combine transfers as much as possible to make the trips most efficient for you, the ranch and the environment.
FEES
All fees are in Canadian funds. GST & PST not included. Effective of October 2023 11% taxes on all prices with a 30% Advance Deposit. Please be informed that all guests have to fill out and sign a waiver form with arrival.
Cancellation: Please notice our terms in case of a cancellation, 30 days and less 100%, 90 to 30 days 50%, up to 90 days withholding of the deposit. Certain cancellation circumstances are negotiable. No refunds but rescheduling your stay up to 12 month is possible.
RATES FOR 2024
We have a 3 night minimum stay policy in place. Most of our guests stay between one and two weeks. If you interested in a weekend get-away, please give us a call or send us an email.
Adult: weekly rate $1820.00/additional day rate is $260.00
Pre-teen: (8-11 years) weekly rate $1435.00/additional day rate $205.00
Child: $ (4-7 years) weekly rate $1260.00/additional day rate $180.00
Small Child (under 3): no charge
Single room: weekly rate $2065.00/additional day rate $295.00 (we recommend to share a room, keep in mind that all guests stay for the same reason)
Half double room (share a room): weekly rate $1820.00/additional day rate $260 same rate as the above adult rate
11% taxes on all prices GST 5% / PST 6% / 30% Advance Deposit on Net rates
